Colombian Discount Retail Chain Justo & Bueno (part of REVE Group) acquired the Chilean soft discounter Erbi. Erbi started in 2007 and operates 32 stores. Discounter Justo & Bueno, started 3 years ago, manages more than 1,000 stores in Colombia and expands in Panama, where it already has 100 locations. Justo & Bueno gives, by the acquisition of Erbi, direction to its aggresive expansion plans to become the largest discounter in Latin America.
